Carla Sanda and Ruth Urban bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Training to Lead. Both hold the prestigious CPF, Certified Professional Facilitator, designation and are licensed as instructors by Ingrid Bens, M.Ed., an internationally known facilitator and creator of this curriculum.

Ruth is the principal of The Urban Group, LLC, which she founded in 1998. She brings a strong human service and mediation background to her organizational development and facilitation clients.

Carla is the founder of Consensus by Design, LLC, where she works with a variety of organizations ranging from scientific and engineering agencies to local non-profits.

Both Ruth and Carla design and facilitate events, conduct strategic planning sessions and provide facilitation training.
